Chevalier Casks is a broker of bulk spirits, premium new and used oak barrels. It has accepts to a wide range of aged bourbon, rye, single malt and other spirits. Bluegrass Distillers was established as craft distillery in 2013. The distillery has two primary brands, Blue Distillers and Midway Rye whisky, that are distributed in the United States. It currently does small run and single barrel bottling for several non-distiller producers. Bluegrass is currently expanding its production to approximately 40,000 barrels a year at its location in Midway, KY, and is looking for partners who need contract distillate or bottling. We are also looking to expand its brands into the UK, EU and Asia.
