Defined Wine is a contract only winemaker. We have no brands or vineyards of our own but we focus on making wines specific to our clients wishes. We have access to a wide range of grape varieties across the UK. We have modern facilities from pressing to bottling and labelling, all managed by a professional team with extensive international experience.
