This ranges from the production of semi-finished to fully finished products, new spirits and distillates. With an annual production of more than 3 million litres of spirits, exported across the entire world, Filliers Distillery is one of the largest of its kind. Irrespective of whether Filliers Distillery is producing for its own brands or for third parties, the overarching priority is the quality of what is being produced. We can guarantee this by continuing to work in accordance with traditional methods like distillation in copper stills. The artisanal distillery process at Filliers uses traditional copper alembic stills and is a delicate balancing act which relies on the craftsmanship and many years of experience of five generations of Master Distillers. Filliers distils and “cuts” according to carefully guarded family secrets, passed directly from founder Karel Lodewijk Filliers to the next four generations of Master Distillers, to arrive at the most exquisite distilled beverages.
